The Edge by Bobby Stevenson

You should know that of me,
I’ve walked to the edge and stood,
Almost to the tipping point,
Held only by the up drafts,
Daring the winds to mellow,
and let me drop.
When the time comes,
What then?
Jump or be pushed.
There are only so many times,
I can blackmail the angels.
